“Curve COVID-19” (CC19). The curve is intended to be a way to help families say up and continue to strive forward. It is a way to help families go “around” or “over” the spiral downfall devastation of what happens when you live paycheck to paycheck and miss a check. We know we can’t change the entire city, but we would like to set out and help at least 500 mothers that live in poverty who are working and are affected.

Currently, a single mother is considered in poverty if she has 1 child and makes less than 17,240 annually, or 21,720 annually for a mother with two children. The federal anti-poverty programs discontinue benefits if a mother earns even one dollar more. Which is why we need support.
